FC Edmonton appoint new GM

 

Rod Proudfoot was announced as the new FC Edmonton General Manager on Friday, only four days after former GM Tom Leip was let go. Proudfoot has over 30 years of management and marketing experience, most of those spent in the Alberta, Canada area. He will probably be utilized to expand the brand of FC Edmonton, and increase the club’s revenue. That being said, Proudfoot looks to work on the business side of the club, and Technical Director Joe Petrone will oversee the on-field development of the club.
